Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Fundamentals

This class provides students with the foundation of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu following the curriculum of Professor Caio Terra. You will learn all of the basic positions as well as defensive and offensive techniques from each position. All students regardless of rank or skill are welcome to this class. General itinerary: warm-up, technique review, new technique instruction, and Q&A. There is no live rolling/sparring in the Fundamentals I classes.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Advanced

Adding to the principles and techniques taught in the Fundamentals classes, Advanced classes incorporate more technical detail and more progressive positioning. All students regardless of rank or skill level are welcome to this class. General itinerary: technique review, new technique instruction, positional drilling, and live rolling (sparring).

Women’s Class

This class follows the curriculum of Professor Caio Terra and offers women of all abilities an opportunity to train and roll together. Our general itinerary: yoga warm-up, technique instructional, positional drilling,  and live rolling.

Women’s Open Mat

Women’s Open Mat creates a space for women from all academies to come together and train. Women-only events are important in growing our Jiu-Jitsu community, supporting one another, and diversifying our training. All abilities and affiliations are welcome.

Drill to Win

This is an intensive hour-long class of concise and focused technique instruction and repetition as well as positional sparring. A great way to start your day and refine your technical ability within certain positions. This class is open to students of any level of experience. However, students should be prepared to commit to hard work and consistent attendance.

Strength and Conditioning

An hour long class that is designed to increase your strength as it relates to grappling and other combat sports. Utilizing full-body, functional, and dynamic movements, this class will also improve your alignment, balance, flexibility, and speed. On top of building a solid foundation of strength as it relates to Jiu-Jitsu and other combat sports, this class also has a very strong metabolic emphasis, and will improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance.

No Gi Jiu-Jitsu

This class provides students with the foundation of No Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. You will learn all of the basic positions and movements, as well as defensive and offensive techniques from each position. All students regardless of rank or skill are welcome to this class. General itinerary: warm-up, technique review, new technique instruction, and Q&A.
